Eligibility:

To participate in the Dollar Bureau Referral Program, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

1. Existing Relationship: You must be either a current customer of Dollar Bureau or a current customer of one of our trusted partners. Additionally, if you have previously engaged with Dollar Bureau or one of our partners, you are also eligible to participate.

2. Residency: Your referrals must reside in Singapore to qualify for the referral program. Referrals from other countries will not be eligible for rewards.

3. Age Requirement: Both referrers and referrals must be at least 18 years old to participate in the referral program. Any referrals under the age of 18 will not be eligible for rewards.

4. Compliance with Terms: Participants must agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the referral program as outlined by Dollar Bureau. Failure to comply with these terms may result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of any earned rewards.

5. Genuine Referrals: Referrals must be genuine individuals who are interested in our financial services. Any fraudulent or suspicious activity, including but not limited to fake referrals or self-referrals, will result in immediate disqualification from the program.

Dollar Bureau reserves the right to verify eligibility and modify these criteria at any time without prior notice.

How It Works:

• Referral Submission: Referrers must fill out the referral form on our website, providing the necessary details of their friends or acquaintances whom they wish to refer. It’s essential that the referrer ensures their referred friends or acquaintances are aware of and consent to being referred to Dollar Bureau. By submitting the referral, the referrer affirms that they have obtained the necessary consent from the referred individuals.

• Partner Interaction: The referred individuals must then engage with one of our trusted partners, either online or offline, to qualify for the referral program. Our partners will assess the genuineness of the referrals and determine their eligibility for participation.

• Reward Distribution: Upon meeting with our partners, referred individuals will receive their rewards. If the interaction is conducted online, the rewards will be sent either via mail or electronically, based on the preference specified.

• Notification and Verification: Once the referred individuals have met with our partners, they will notify Dollar Bureau of the successful interaction. We will then verify the referral and determine if it qualifies for the referral rewards.

• Reward Distribution: If the referral meets the program’s criteria and is deemed genuine, Dollar Bureau will send the rewards to both the referrer and the referred individual. Rewards will be distributed either via mail or electronically, depending on the preferred method chosen.

Please note that by participating in the referral program, referrers confirm that they have obtained consent from the referred individuals. Dollar Bureau shall not be liable for any privacy breaches arising from the referral submissions, and any complaints regarding privacy breaches should be directed to the referrer who submitted the referral.

Reward Details:

As a token of appreciation for participating in the Dollar Bureau Referral Program, both the referrer and the referee will receive $10 in vouchers upon successful completion of the referral process. These vouchers can be redeemed at various partner establishments, including but not limited to Takashimaya, Marina Bay Sands, Capitaland, and others, subject to availability.

Participants have the option to specify their preferred voucher choice. However, please note that the final decision on the voucher selection will be based on availability at the time of reward distribution.

By offering a choice of vouchers, we aim to provide flexibility and ensure that our participants can enjoy rewards that best suit their preferences.

Verification Process:

1. Partner Assessment: Upon receiving a referral submission, our trusted partners will assess the authenticity of the referral and the eligibility of the referred individual to participate in the referral program. This assessment may include verifying the identity of the referred individual and confirming their interest in Dollar Bureau’s financial services.

2. Meeting with Partners: Referred individuals must engage with one of our trusted partners, either online or offline, to further validate their participation in the referral program. During this interaction, our partners will verify the identity of the referred individual and ensure that they meet the program’s eligibility criteria.

3. Confirmation Notification: Once the referred individual has successfully met with our partners, the partners will notify Dollar Bureau of the completion of the verification process. This notification serves as confirmation that the referral is genuine and qualifies for the referral rewards.

4. Final Review: Dollar Bureau will conduct a final review of the referral to ensure compliance with the program’s terms and conditions. This review may include verifying the information provided by the referrer and confirming that all eligibility criteria have been met.

Program Modifications:

1. Flexibility Clause: Dollar Bureau reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time, without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in reward structures, eligibility criteria, or program duration.

2. Communication of Changes: In the event of any modifications to the referral program, Dollar Bureau will make reasonable efforts to communicate such changes to participants via email, website announcements, or other appropriate channels. However, participants are encouraged to regularly review the program terms and conditions for any updates.

3. Effectiveness of Modifications: Modifications to the referral program will take effect immediately upon their implementation, unless otherwise stated by Dollar Bureau. Participants who continue to participate in the program after modifications are considered to have accepted the revised terms and conditions.

4. No Liability for Modifications: Dollar Bureau shall not be liable to participants or any third parties for any modifications, suspension, or termination of the referral program, or for any consequences resulting from such actions. Participants acknowledge and agree that Dollar Bureau reserves the right to make changes to the program in its sole discretion.

5. Continued Participation: Participants who disagree with any modifications to the referral program may choose to discontinue their participation. However, any referrals made prior to the implementation of modifications will be subject to the terms and conditions in effect at the time of referral.
